Welcome to Outigo ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Outigo mobile application, website (if applicable), and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using Outigo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Outigo. By using the Service, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
Outigo is a multi-service platform that may include:
Food delivery
Grocery and retail shopping
Alcohol delivery (where legally permitted)
Parcel delivery
Trip or transport requests
Outigo acts as a technology platform that connects users with independent drivers, shoppers, or third-party service providers. Outigo does not itself provide delivery, transport, or retail services.
To use certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Keep your login credentials secure
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
All orders and trip requests are subject to availability
Estimated delivery or arrival times are not guaranteed
You agree to provide accurate delivery or pickup details
Prices may include delivery fees, service fees, or other applicable charges
Store prices may differ from in-store pricing
All fees are displayed before order confirmation
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers
Outigo does not store your full payment details
You authorize Outigo to charge the applicable fees for completed orders or trips
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the service type
Orders already prepared or dispatched may not be eligible for a refund
Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method
Outigo reserves the right to determine refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
You agree not to:
Use the Service for unlawful purposes
Provide false or misleading information
Harass, abuse, or harm drivers, shoppers, or other users
Interfere with the operation or security of the app
Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the platform
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Where alcohol or restricted products are available:
You confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase such items
Valid identification may be required upon delivery
Drivers may refuse delivery if legal requirements are not met
Drivers, shoppers, and merchants using Outigo are independent contractors. Outigo is not responsible for:
Acts or omissions of third-party providers
Product quality, availability, or pricing
Delays caused by third parties or external factors
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Outigo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Outigo’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service
You use the Service at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Outigo, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your interaction with third-party providers
Outigo may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if:
You violate these Terms
You misuse the platform
Required by law or safety concerns
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted within the app or through official channels. Continued use of Outigo after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict of law principles.
